Brazilian Zouk is a sensual social partner dance that was born in Brazil where it developed from the lambada dance style. It is mainly danced in Brazil, Australia, The Netherlands, Spain, Czech Republic, Finland, and some other European countries.

The core of Brazilian Zouk classes in our dance studio is:
1) Accent on developing leading and following skills (teaching leavers, developing good dance frame, improving body control, etc)

Dance lessons` system
To advance Brazilian Zouk at Yatskova Dance Studio students need to go through 6 levels: Beginner, Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate and Advanced.
The system that we apply on our dance lessons is efficient and convenient for the students because:
– drop-in classes. Unarguably, quite often it can be hard for students to commit to a whole course. In our dance studio you don`t have to. You can miss as many classes as you need and rejoin a dance group at any convenient time.
– the drop-in system doesn`t have negative effect on the advancement of students, because at our dance studio students cannot attend classes of higher levels till they master the level they are currently attending. This way , the students are able to move forward only when they attended enough dance classes to master the level they are currently on.
As a result, students of our dance studio get both freedom and efficiency at the same time.
